Bust
To measure your bust, you should measure underneath your armpits around your chest.
Hint: measure over the fullest part of your chest to get an accurate size.
WaistTo measure your waist, you should measure your natural waistline. Place the measuring tape below your rib cage and above your belly button at the smallest part of your waist. Be sure to stand up straight and relax your stomach so that you get a true measurement.
To measure your hips, stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around your hips and the roundest part of your rear. Be sure to keep the measuring tape straight or you may get an incorrect measurement!
TorsoTilt your head forward and feel for the bony bump where the slope of your shoulders meets your neck.
On each side of your body, slide your hands down the ribcage to the top of your hip bones. With index fingers pointing forward and thumbs pointing backward, draw an imaginary line between your thumbs. This spot on your lumbar is the bottom of your torso measurement.
